2.PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, choose your items from the different categories. You can shop by brand, by department, by size,…
Once you have placed your products in your cart, follow the simple process by clicking on “Proceed to checkout”. Then, enter your shipping information and proceed to the payment section.

Please note that corporate agreements prevent us from shipping Arc’teryx, The North Face and some other brand's products outside of Canada.

Furthermore, the information directly transits from your bank to our bank, never through the website. This means The Last Hunt never has access to your banking information.

5.RETURN POLICY, REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATION
All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any item.
You cannot return an item if the size does not fit you or you don't like the colour. The only reason you can return an item is if it is defective or does not match its description on the website. Note that the manufacturer's warranty still applies.
In the case of a return for a warranty issue, please note that in most cases, you (the customer) have to cover for the shipping fees to send the item back and forth to us. We (the retailer) usually cover the shipping fees to send the item back and forth to the manufacturer.
Missing item :
We are extremely vigilant with our inventory and we always do our best to keep it updated. Despite this, it can happen that an item on your order will be sold out and not available anymore. It that case we will warn you as soon as possible, and the missing item will not be charged to your credit card and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. We do not provide a replacement for the missing item.
Cancel an order :
If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know by email as soon as possible. We will be able to cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. We can not ensure an order cancellation if the order is already beeing processed. Please note that it is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed (item, size, colour).
