In the rare event that the item we ship to you does not correspond to its description on the site, or if the item we’ve shipped is defective, The Last Hunt will assume the return shipping costs. In this case, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service department at info@ladernierechasse.com.

Please note, however, that TheLastHunt.com cannot be held responsible if you order the wrong size, colour or style

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, no. Your order passes through our processing system immediately after it is placed in order to ship it to you as fast as possible. Therefore, the system doesn't allow for changes or cancelations. Be sure to double-check everything before processing your payment!

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

No modification can be made (product, size or colour) to an order that has already been placed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any item. Unfortunately, an item cannot be returned if a size or colour doesn’t suit you. An item can only be returned if it is defective or does not match its description on the website. Note that the manufacturer's warranty still applies.

The minimum order amount to receive free shipping is $200. This amount may decrease depending on different promotions in place.

When you place your order, you’ll see the estimated delivery date for your selected delivery method. Dates include processing times.

You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as storms, postal strikes or credit checks, may occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by such events.

All orders not benefiting from free shipping will be charged a shipping rate based on the weight of the parcel and the location of the shipping address.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

Shipping to the U.S. is free on orders over $200, after discounts have been applied, with the code FREESHIPUS200**.

** Surcharges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Please note:

Due to supplier agreements, certain products cannot be shipped outside of Canada. The information regarding U.S. & International availability is displayed on the product page. If you place an order with multiple products, and one or more of those products cannot be shipped to your destination, we will remove those products and ship the rest.

You are responsible for paying customs duties, taxes and other additional charges for all orders outside Canada.

The Last Hunt cannot ship orders to countries within the European Union.

U.S. and International orders are not subject to Canadian taxes.

We reserve the right to refuse any U.S. and International orders.

For shipments to the United States and other countries, The Last Hunt cannot guarantee an estimated delivery date. We are unable to provide information on delivery times by subcontracted transport companies as well as on customs delays.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON THELASTHUNT.COM AND ALTITUDE-SPORTS.COM AT THE SAME TIME, CAN THEY BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

TheLastHunt.com is a partner site of Altitude-sports.com, but they are still two separate companies. The systems are different and Altitude-sports.com employees are unable to know that you have placed an order on TheLastHunt.com and vice versa.

THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT FOR FREE SHIPPING IS LOWER TODAY THAN WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER YESTERDAY. CAN I BE REFUNDED FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING?

If the order amount for free shipping decreases after you've already placed your order, we cannot refund the shipping costs. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the amount required to receive free shipping depending on different promotions.

The prices shown on TheLastHunt.com are very competitive in relation to the rest of the market.

We are unable to price match any price offered by our competitors, on new or past orders.

We are also unable to price match if the price of an item on our website decreases after you’ve placed your order.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and PayPal payments. Please note that we do not currently accept payment by Interac, prepaid credit cards or Visa debit cards. Please note that orders over $1,500 will not be accepted. An order cannot contain more than two units of the same style valued at $100 or more, in the same size and colour.

A PRODUCT I BOUGHT YESTERDAY IS CHEAPER TODAY. CAN I BE CREDITED THE DIFFERENCE?

Unfortunately, if the price of an item on TheLastHunt.com dropped after you placed your order, we are unable to match the price. If you were able to order the size and colour you wanted yesterday, that’s already pretty lucky, as stock sells fast here.

A PRODUCT ON THELASTHUNT.COM IS CHEAPER ON ANOTHER SITE. CAN YOU ADJUST YOUR PRICE?

We are unable to adjust our prices based on any competitor, for new or past orders.

WILL MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK WHILE A SITEWIDE PROMOTION IS RUNNING?

Promotions and discount codes can't be combined. Therefore, we reserve the right to enable or disable discount codes depending on the current promotion.

IF I’M A MEMBER OF ALTITUDE-SPORTS.COM, CAN I GET MY 5% DISCOUNT ON THIS SITE?

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the condition of their order immediately upon reception. In certain rare cases, the items you ordered may become damaged in the shipping process or may arrive defective in their original packaging. If this occurs, it is essential that you contact our customer service within 7 days to inform us of the problem.
