The Agent 4 touring ski takes everything that makes its smaller siblings great, and elevates it into the realms of deep powder. It features a lightweight core, 116mm waist, progressive shape, high-tech carbon weave, balanced flex, and and enhanced rocker for unbeatable float, with camber for performance that doesn't end on-piste. The Elliptical Sidecut allows for a further forward mount, allowing greater freestyle-inspired expression amidst your big, beautiful arc turns on untouched mountain faces. Maintaining the uphill and downhill performance of the Agent family, this ski is the perfect tool for accessing the freeride powder lines of your dreams, on your own terms.
Features
• Terrain: Freeride, Touring
• Ability: Advanced, Expert
• Lightweight Karuba Core: Karuba is a very lightweight wood core with excellent strength, offering superb flex and vibration absorption without added bulk. Ideal for touring skis, Karuba ensures top performance on both the uphill and downhill, making your skiing experience efficient and enjoyable in each phase
• Full Carbon Weave: Ski light and stable with 8-12 unidirectional carbon strips on either side of the wood core. These are seamlessly woven into the fiberglass, boosting ski stability without adding bulk. Reap the benefits of strength & stiffness throughout the full length of your skis with minimal weight penalty
• Recycled Materials: We work closely with production partners to eliminate material waste. We mix base, sidewall and topsheet material scraps back into the raw material used for production, reducing carbon emissions and maintaining the same level of quality & durability
• Locally Sourced Materials: To reduce the impact of our production supply chain, we strive to source materials from European companies that are based close our factories. Reduce distance, reduce emissions, reduce impact
• 1% for the Planet: As a proud partner of 1% for the Planet, we donate 1% of all sales of our Agent, La Machine and Dancer Series skis to approved environmental non-profits. 1% for the Planet’s mission is to build, support and activate an alliance of businesses that are committed to mitigating climate change
• Sustainable Wood Cores: Our poplar, beech and ash cores are sourced from the forests that are growing near our European factories, eliminating the carbon cost of transporting raw materials across great distances
• 100% Renewable Energy Factory: Our skis are crafted in a state-of-the-art facility powered entirely by renewable electricity and heated with biomass energy. By eliminating oil use, our production process cuts millions of kilograms of CO2 emissions annually. Eco-friendly performance with every run
• XL 2.5mm Edges: A ski's edge is critical to its performance and handling. Our skis are crafted with XL edges that are 25% wider than the industry average. They're built to last
• Full Strength Sidewall: Experience superior edge hold and stability with the XL Full Strength sidewall. This construction adds protective strips along the core, shielding the woodcore, edges, and topsheet from impact and damage. Enhanced durability and performance with every season, peak and itinerary
• Elliptical Sidecut: The Elliptical Sidecut features a longer radius underfoot for quicker, easier pivots, and shorter radius in the tip and tail for effortless turn initiation. This innovative sidecut supports a wide range of turn lengths, angles, and mounting positions, enhancing your skiing versatility and control
• Anti-Chip Micro-Cap: The Anti-chip Micro Cap protects the ski's tips and tails from wear and tear. Where the ski's topsheet wraps around and meets the sidewall, this delicate area is shielded by the Micro Cap. This protects from chipping and additional sidewall damage, each day you set out on the mountain
• High Resistance Topsheet: We use the highest quality topsheet material available, and we test it rigorously to ensure it stands up to regular abuse. Sourced near our factories in Europe for a friendlier supply chain
• Shape(Freeride Flat Tail): Traditional flat tail design is built for speed, ultimate edge grip and control throughout charging turns. Brought into the modern day with a slight tail rocker, this shape is easier than ever to slash your turn into a slarve and won’t hook up in fresh conditions
