1. THE PRODUCTS

All products available on the site are new, authentic, and guaranteed. The Last Hunt is an authorized retailer of all brands distributed on the site and is a partner site of Altitude Sports. In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, The Last Hunt complies with the legal warranties provided by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, ensuring that the goods are free from hidden defects, fit for their intended use, and have a reasonable lifespan given their price and use.

Specific Notice (CPA): In accordance with Section 39 of the Act, we do not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or information necessary for the maintenance or repair of the goods sold.

2. PLACING AN ORDER

Before confirming your payment, the system allows you to review the details of your order and correct any errors. Please note that no order exceeding $1,500 will be accepted. An order cannot contain more than one unit exceeding $100 of the same style, size, and color. The Last Hunt reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., suspected fraud, stock errors).

3. PAYMENT

Payment is entirely secure, and your banking information circulates on the internet in encrypted form. The Last Hunt never has access to your banking information. We are vigilant regarding internet fraud and reserve the right to investigate and cancel an order in the event of a reasonable suspicion of fraud.

5. RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The Last Hunt operates on a liquidation model where all sales are final. This policy applies without prejudice to the right of resolution provided by the Consumer Protection Act. A consumer may resolve (cancel) the contract if:

1. Mandatory information was missing at the time of the offer (7-day deadline).

2. The written copy of the contract was not sent within 15 days (30-day deadline).

3. The goods are not shipped within 30 days following the expected date.

Outside of these legal rights, sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are accepted for reasons of preference (size, color, style). If an item is defective or does not conform to its description, The Last Hunt will cover the return costs. For manufacturer warranty returns, the customer assumes the shipping costs to the retailer.

6. PRICING POLICY AND ACCURACY

Displayed prices are final and highly competitive. Under no circumstances do we adjust prices relative to competitors or following a subsequent price drop on our site. In the event of a price display error:

• If the item costs $10.00 or less, it will be provided to you free of charge.

• If the item costs more than $10.00, we will deduct $10.00 from the current price.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND SITE USE

All textual or graphic content on this site, its organization, and our domain name belong to us and are protected by copyright. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or republish these documents for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. USER-PROVIDED CONTENT

By transmitting content (reviews, photos), you guarantee that you own the rights to that content. You grant The Last Hunt a worldwide, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use and modify this content. You also waive your moral rights regarding this content. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed defamatory or improper.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS SITE AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE LAST HUNT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE.

10. APPLICABLE LAWS AND SEVERABILITY

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada. Any dispute must be submitted to a competent court in the judicial district of Montreal. If any provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remainder of the contract without affecting the validity of the other provisions.

11. MODIFICATIONS

Any modification to these conditions will be subject to a written notice indicating the new clause, the old clause, and the effective date. Continued use of the site after these modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
