Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order.
Your orders pass through our system for processing immediately after they are placed and our system simply doesn't allow for changes to be made or cancellations.
Be sure to double-check everything before processing your payment.
Please note that it is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed (item, size, colour).
Unfortunately, it's not possible to alter an order once you've placed it.
However, an exception remains if it's an error in the address.
Please email [email protected] with ‘ MODIFICATION OF ORDER #0012345’ as the subject.
Note that we fulfill & ship all orders as soon as possible. If the order you wish to modify has been shipped, we cannot alter it.
All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any item.
The only reason you can return an item, is if it is defective or does not match its description on the website. Note that the manufacturer's warranty still applies.
If we mistakenly ship you the wrong product, or a damaged product, we will cover the shipping fees. If this occurs, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
