Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order.
Your orders pass through our system for processing immediately after they are placed and our system simply doesn't allow for changes to be made or cancellations.
Be sure to double-check everything before processing your payment.
Please note that it is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed (item, size, colour).
Unfortunately, it's not possible to alter an order once you've placed it.
However, an exception remains if it's an error in the address.

Note that we fulfill & ship all orders as soon as possible. If the order you wish to modify has been shipped, we cannot alter it.
All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any item.
The only reason you can return an item, is if it is defective or does not match its description on the website. Note that the manufacturer's warranty still applies.
If we mistakenly ship you the wrong product, or a damaged product, we will cover the shipping fees. If this occurs, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
TheLastHunt.com is not responsible if the size does not fit you or you don't like the colour or the style.

TheLastHunt.com is a partner site of Altitude-sports.com, but they are still two separate companies. The systems are different and Altitude-sports.com employees are unable to know that you have placed an order on TheLastHunt.com and vice versa.
If the order amount for free shipping decreases after you've already placed your order, we cannot refund the shipping costs. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the amount required to receive free shipping depending on different promotions.
MY ACCOUNT
Temporary credits are like rebate coupons. They can only be used once.
To use Temporary Credits:
1. You must first log in to your account.
2. At checkout you will have a section called: "Your available credits"
3. Choose which credits you want to apply.
4. Make sure that the amount was applied on your total.
How are Temporary Credits applied to my order?
When you apply a credit to your order, the discount is distributed proportionally across each eligible line item.
On the website:
Click on the sign in button
Enter your email address (the same on used to place your order) and click continue.
(You can also continue with google or facebook if your account uses the same email address as you used for your purchase andyou account will be automatically created.)
Enter your first and last name and click continue.
We’ll send you a verification code via email to confirm your identity. Enter the code you received and click ‘Create Account’.
You’ll then be redirected to the website where you can access your account and see your order.
Click on the sign in button.
Enter your email address and click continue.
Click ‘Use a Password’.
Click ‘Forgot Password?’
We’ll send you a verification code via email to confirm your identity. Enter the code you received.
You can now set and confirm your new password.
Click ‘Save Password’.
Please note that changing your Altitude Sports account password will automatically update your password on The Last Hunt, and vice versa.
When you place an order, our system automatically creates a profile.
You'll receive an email inviting you to activate your account; we suggest you do as it's easier to check your order history/information.

In no case will we adjust our prices based on any competitor. Whether you have already placed an order or are about to, this remains the case.
If the price of a product drops after you have placed the order, we will not adjust the price.
