I have outgrown ASICS shoes , the gel nimbus 23 I have been wearing no longer gave me adequate support, my hip (trochanteric bursitis) just wouldn&#x27;t go away. My use case is just everyday walking around, running errands, and travelling (walking around 2 hours a day). So I thought I&#x27;d give this brand (On) a try. At first they seem flimsy at the top of the shoes (no hard material), but they were comfortable , looked good, and provided the support I needed for 2 my 2 week trip in Europe. I didn&#x27;t even get a blister when i started wearing them. I&#x27;ve had them for about a month now and still very happy with the purchase.

J&#x27;ai toujours de la difficulté à trouver des souliers de course car j&#x27;ai les pieds étroits. C&#x27;est souliers, même si ils sont de largeur standard, tiennent bien mes pieds.

Course - Pied étroit

Bought these for HIIT workouts and they are great for any jumping moves. Found them a little rigid for doing planks or burpees. So will probably end up using them as day to day sneakers.

This is a new version of the Cloudflow. It is true to size compared with the previous version. I find that there is more cushioning and arch support compared to previous. Still fairly lightweight.
