Once you use this water filter you wont go back to any other system. They are a bit expensive but last many years of use if you properly maintain them. Clean taste even from very dirty water and filters very fast!

The best water filter out there

I’ve used this filter system for years - this was purchased as a replacement. The gravity filter is easy and fast. Set it up. Walk away. Come back to clean water.

Easy

I needed to order this replacement after I pulled the original out from storage and discovered that no water would run through it anymore. That had been after several years of no use. Great to be able to replace just the filter because the bags and tubing were still fine and can otherwise be pricey to replace. Very please with how efficient this system is for a large group of people.

Excellent filter

The platypus filter is super easy to use and requires pretty well zero effort unlike a classic pump filter. My obky complaint is that it didn&#x27;t last nearly as long as the 1500l of water advertised before getting clogged. Closer to 700l. Still, for us, well worth it for the zero effort factor.

Super handy, easy to use filter

Owning a Platypus Gravity Works water filtration system I needed this replacement filter cartridge for future backcountry hiking trips. My experience with this product has been excellent and reassuring that my drinking water is well filtered.

A Very Reliable Water Filtration Product!

The gravity filter system has replaced my pump filter and saved me so much time in camp. The ability to backflush the filter allows you to reuse it for an extended period. Love this set-up.
