One of the best barefoot shaped running shoes on the market

I use these for walking.They have a good amount of cushion and the room for my toes is perfect.Now if I could get the laces to stop untying.I Can,t really deduct a star for that since they are so good otherwise.

Altras are my new go-to shoe for running - both trail and road. Love the wider toebox and stability of the shoes.

Fits pretty true to size, maybe ever so slightly small. Comfy. Yet to take it for a run yet though.

Love my new running shoes

First time in the Rivera&#x27;s. Last pair were the Paradigm with wider toe box. Bought the mens 8.5 to get the same length as the women&#x27;s 10. (26.5cm) &amp; hoping the width would be a bit bigger than the women&#x27;s knowing they have a more narrow tow box. Length is fine. Width is okay as well for me. Can definitely tell stack hight less than the Paradigm. Have only worn them indoors so far. Think they will be okay but they don&#x27;t feel game changing. I think the flat laces suck. Constantly slipping, and will be replacing. Still transitioning to zero drop and still want some cushion. Not too many options out there.

Unlike previous versions, this one fits true to size. And the feel is wonderful so far. Great for short and long distance.

alternative to altra trail shoes that wear out too quickly running on the road this is a good solution. However it is too narrow compared to Lone Peak even at half size large

I usually run in Saucony&#x27;s, but wanted to give some zero dops a try. I bought these in my normal size, but had to return and size up by 0.5 to really get the most of the wider toe box. Haven&#x27;t put too many km on them yet, but so far they are comfy and seem pretty well constructed. I have heard people complain of build quality with Altras, so i&#x27;ll report back if they start to fail prematurely
