The fabric on these feels substantial though isn&#x27;t stiff. I expect these to last a while. In my regular size they are definitely a bit loose at the waist. I wouldn&#x27;t want to go down in size though as it fits well around the hips and thighs where it&#x27;s nice and roomy and then
 slims down at the bottom

Nice cut and tough

The quality seem there, thick yet flexible. However the fit is baggy even sizing 1 or two points down. If you dont care about the looks i guess its good.

Perfect fit

I love these pants. I&#x27;ve been looking for some pants that aren&#x27;t skinny, but aren&#x27;t oversized either, which is actually kind of hard to find at the moment and these are perfect. They fit is a nice relaxed taper. They are a mid-weight 8oz twill so they feel more substantial than some similar pants, which I think is a huge plus. I purchased the black and they are a rich, dark black. The waste size is slightly large, so if you&#x27;re between sizes, go down. I wear a size larger in the Carhartt WIP aviation pants, for example.

Great pants

I’ve owned various Carhartt products in the past, but was not aware they had a fashion/work wear line. These pants fit great slight taper in the leg, would recommend going TTS

New to Carhartt WIP

As the comment say, size down by at least one full size. I&#x27;m between a 36 and 38, but a 36 was hanging loose on me. In order to get a modern and flattering fit you need to go a size lower than you&#x27;re used to. The twill used is high quality and the item is finished well. Overall construction quality seems good. But the fit is a bit &quot;neither fish nor fowl&quot;. It&#x27; s not a wide-legged, baggy fit, yet it&#x27;s loose in teh waiste, seat, crotch - everywhere but the lower legs where it tapers. You might need to play around with the sizing and go tighter if you want a cleaner look.

Excellent quality pants. Waist size definitely runs big.

They stretch out quotas a bit - maybe size down one. Really comfortable right from the get go. Question a bit the longevity - if you are used to denim and thicker pants you may think so as well. Good deal, can recommend.
