Lightweight insulation garment that proves that less is more. Venture Vest is a minimalistic vest padded with Primaloft® Gold Active+. It works perfectly all seasons over a sweater or underneath a jacket for extra warmth. “Nothing added that isn’t needed, right?” This is one of the eight points on the Houdini design checklist. When you strip a garment of everything but the essentials, it becomes much more versatile. Because of its minimalistic design, Venture Vest works just as well on a climbing trip as under your winter coat in the city. Having fewer garments serve more purposes is also a way to save resources. Venture Vest is padded with Primaloft Gold Active+, a cutting edge synthetic padding. The warmth-to-weight ratio is excellent and it’s very compressible for easy packing. We never use down for two reasons. We don’t want to risk hurting birds for our comfort, but also because Primaloft performs better. Especially in wet conditions. The outer fabric is our well tested C9 Ripstop, a super light recycled polyester fabric with great breathability and light weather protection. Venture Vest is a great choice if you are looking for a versatile insulation vest with high breathability. Use it for hiking, climbing, skiing, running of just about anything else. It’s the perfect four season garment. This garment is completely recyclable and we kindly ask you to return it to us when it’s completely worn out. We have recycle units in all our own stores and at many retailers. This way we can eliminate waste and use the raw material for new products.
