Design is very neat, shoe runs almost a half size small compared to my typical size.

Mizuno wave rebellion pro

I bought a 2nd pair of this &#x27;super shoe&#x27; after a couple months running so fast in my first pair. I was saving it for just races but it was so good I began training in it. Hence I need and want more pairs! I do have 1/2 a dozen other brand super shoes but these are just right for me. I log 400+ month and 50km long runs training runs with about 15 pairs of shoes for all kinds of terrain and weather and workouts and to rotate /race. These shoes stand out as my go to when I want to go fast and especially long- but really NOW for all my daily runs except trail. With all high stack height shoes- they prefer straight gentle curves or it feels a little awkward. They feel funny to walk in and you feel like they were built only for the race track to make you run fast and you do. You can tell they Excell at forward motion and high turnover rate. The faster you go the easier it gets. The chopped off heel is a really interesting bit of tech that is totally against the grain of other companies and its amazing to run in a shoe opposite to current designs.The rocker motion is the most noticeable of any shoe I have ever worn. You instantly know this is some high tech business not for walking as you can feel the 50ml mid foam tipping you- still a legal shoe! As the front and rear conform. The grip of this shoe is awesome better than most and I would call superior. A Little road noise due to this great grip. But way way less noise than some of my super shoes . The cush is just right solid medium everlasting and lots of it. 50km+ runs no problem- effortless!. These are super light jetpack rockets for your feet they make you want to effortlessly keep running faster and longer. Looking forward to trying these on my next 1/2 or marathon, 70.3 etc.

It&#x27;s touted as a game changer for Mizuno, against other brands&#x27; super shoes. I&#x27;ve been on Mizuno for more than 10 years, and even as a loyal fan I changed to use the other brands last year, while still keeping my old Mizuno in my rotation. Glad that Mizuno finally came out with a contender. Been using that since I got them, and logged around 150 km. It&#x27;s an interesting shoe. But feel quite different from the &quot;others&quot;, like the Nike Alphafly and Vaporfly. The Mizuno shoes are harder on landing, heavier, and I generally feel less propulsive than the others. I still use them for my short and long runs, but if I wanted to have a fast long run, I would opt for the others.

Nice change for Mizuno, but still room for improvement

I found the shoe excellent to run in. As other reviewers have suggested they feel odd to walk in, but as soon as your run starts they are comfortable and fast. I do find the toe box a little narrow when I ordered true to size. I have 100+ kms on them and they are breaking in nicely. Durability, especially the sole seems to be excellent. Very lightweight.

Those are my dailies running shoes. I do around 15-17 km per day and I have no issues with my feet and legs. Feel a bit weird wearing them at first (stability) but after running a 20 km you will love them.

Amazing confort shoes

Don&#x27;t judge the feel while standing, it&#x27;s designed to be in motion, where it shines. If it ends up being more durable than the Vaporfly, it&#x27;s a winner.

An inspiring outsole with a bouncy step

This might be my favorite half-marathon shoe. Imagine the Alphafly1 and the Metaspeed sky+ had a baby. 

Go a half a size up.

If your looking for a marathon shoe, I don&#x27;t think this is the best one, only because when fatigued, I tend to run more with my whole foot instead of the forefoot. So, you get unstable.
