The Primo Puff Jacket, our warmest, most comfortable snow jacket, is designed to keep you sheltered and warm during the coldest, harshest weather. We use a 2-layer stretch GORE-TEX outer shell, made from 100% recycled polyester, and bond it with our revolutionary high-loft PlumaFill insulation. PlumaFill replicates the structure of down in a continuous synthetic insulation material and provides exceptional warmth, packability and the warm-when-wet performance of synthetic insulation. We treat the exterior of the fabric with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish to resist moisture and saturated snow. The interior is lined with a slick, lightweight nylon ripstop that glides smoothly over layers and wicks moisture when you’re working up a storm; innovative quilting stabilizes the PlumaFill strands with minimal stitching and maximum loft. The two-way-adjustable, helmet-compatible hood has a laminated visor for optimal visibility along with the Cohaesive® cord-lock system that embeds cord locks in the hood and hem to eliminate loose ends and provide easy adjustability. Watertight, coated zippers with slim zip installation on the pockets and pit zips reduce bulk and weight. A Vislon® zipper on the center front is burly and easy to use with gloved hands. Other features include ventilating pit zips; a removable, fully adjustable, low-profile powder skirt and an embedded RECCO® avalanche rescue reflector. There are two handwarmer pockets, one chest pocket (includes a secure media pocket with cable routing) and one interior drop-in pocket for gloves or goggles. Fair Trade Certified™ sewn, which means the people who made the Primo Puff Jacket earned a premium for their labor.
