Chest (1): Measure the chest under the arms around the fullest point.
Waist (2): Measure at the smallest part of the waist, often at or above the belly button, below the ribs
Hip (3): Measure the hip circumference at the fullest part of the seat.
Sleeve Length (4): Measure the distance from the prominent bone on the spine at the neck, across the shoulder, over the bent elbow to the center of the wrist bone.
Inseam (5): Measure the distance from the crotch point to the bottom of the ankle.
Circumference (*): Wrap measuring tape around your head, just above the eyebrows. Note your size at the point of overlap.

Poitrine (1): Mesurez la circonférence de la poitrine au niveau le plus grand.
Taille (2): Mesurez la circonférence de la taille au niveau le plus petit, généralement situé au-dessus ou directement sur le nombril.

Longueur de manche (4): Mesurez la distance entre la vertèbre la plus prédominante du cou et le dessus du poignet, en passant sur l'épaule et sur le coude légèrement plié.
Entrejambe (5): Mesurez la distance entre le centre de la fourche et le bas de la cheville.
Circonférence (*): Enroulez un ruban à mesurer autour de votre tête, juste au-dessus des sourcils. Notez votre taille au point de chevauchement.
