  The material is quite thick and sturdy, not so much breathable but it is not really required to be neither. Looks very neat as if ironed. Used it a few times and yet to go through the test of time.

  The shorts themselves fit fine but the fabric seems incredibly chintzy, like it could rip at any moment. I'd recommend finding a thicker short if you plan on doing anything overly active in them

  Running Shorts

  I bought these shorts for my husband both in 9 and 7 inch inseam. The 9 inch is better for all round wear while the 7 inch is even cooler for running. Zipper pockets are practical. The fabric isn't as extremely light as some other running shorts, so for hot summer weather these are still not the ultimate running shorts. A very good feature though is that these shorts do NOT have an integrated liner. My partner much prefers to be able to select from his own collection of quality underwear than be dependent on the sewn-in briefs in a pair of shorts happen to be the right fit and function.
