  I am 5'7" and 155 lbs, and I ordered the XL. The XL gives you enough room to wear another layer underneath. The L would fit snug and could also work, but you likely wouldn’t have room for another garment underneath—maybe just the straps of your bibs.

  Just got it , amazing quality but if you have a muscle shoulders it won't fit you Ive ordered XL and armhole too small for me . Had to return :(
