It runs smaller than measured but an M feels like an M. Medium thickness, would work for single digit temps but might get hot 7 degrees plus. The phone pocket fits iPhone 15PM without case.

Love these! They’re my go-to for the mild Vancouver winters. The rear pockets were my original reason for getting these. I needed to be able to stuff three 150ml Salomon soft flasks and these fit them perfectly. Worn them for a couple months now and no sign of wear.

Very warm and excellent wind-proofing. I found these to be a little more snug than expected, but maybe the material will give way just enough over time. Access to the back pocket is great, but the zippered side pocket may not be big enough for most phones (my iphone 13 mini was able to get in there however.
