I liked the concept of a keen-style flip flop with toe protection and expected a sole similar to their other sandals (or even the CNX which is thinner). The soles on these are light foam so would not be very durable and I would have expected some dense rubber at least but it was just one piece of light foam. Returned it due to this
I've been using Keen for years and this purchase reminded me why! The toe protection took a little getting used to but after wearing them a couple times I cant imagine not having them. Flip flops are comfy, and I love not stubbing my to like i usually do !
I was looking for a replacement for my Waimea‘s and gave these a try. Super comfy, ran a bit small for me. I am usually always in size11 range and 12 was the best fit so that my toe was not pushing against the toe cap. The sole on these is quite soft (like a flip flop vs a sandal), time will tell how well it stands up to wear.
Surprenante. Idéale pour ceux qui n’aiment pas avoir les orteils exposées (comme mon conjoint). Belle qualité comme d’habitude pour les produits Keen. On aime beaucoup
I love these slides. Fit and comfort are five star. Great colour too. Would like to see more available as I'd buy another. These provide the ventilation and quick on/off of a traditional slide but the covered toe makes these unique and others will notice and ask. On top of that, they become a bit more practical and provide protection in the event you take on more than just your planned casual stroll.
J'ai eu une paire de sandales KEEN presque identique il y a une quinzaine d'années. En plus de faire beaucoup jaser, la protection de gros orteils est vraiment efficace! Je n'ai pas hésité une seule seconde quand j'ai vu qu'ils avaient ramené le modèle avec quelques améliorations par rapport au modèle original. Entre autres, la semelle texturée (contre la plante du pied) est bien moins glissante que la semelle lisse du modèle initial. Je suis très content de retrouver ces sandales! Je suis convaincu que vous les aimerez aussi! Prenez note que je porte habituellement du 11, mais ces sandales me font mieux dans le 10.
