Sturdy boots perfect for the rainy - cold weather during the fall. They will be our mid season shoes before we go into the full winter boots. A bit hard to put on the feet for our toddler alone, compared to sneakers.
Great for Canadian fall and early winter. Kids can run and play in them well. Nice alternative to bulky winter boots on more mild days without snow. We have these or similar older models in multiple sizes for my kids over the years and they have held up well as hand me downs! Highly recommend. Sizing is a bit generous by a half size
Excellent ankle support for our little novice hiker. I had read comments these were difficult to put on, but we found them easy to put on his feet. They are also very aesthetic!
Slipped and fell on the first day of wear just walking down wet stairs. We made our way down the stairs when my child fell immediately at the top of the stairs. Very disappointed with the traction as I thought this would be a pair of solid waterproof shoes for rainy schoolyard play. I would return it if I could because I have no confidence in this pair of shoes. Seems very unsafe and I wouldn’t give this to my child to wear again.
My little guy grew out of his previous ones, so we bought them again. Great little hikers, fabulous tread/outsoles. A little tricky for a 3-year-old to get on by himself, but worth it for dry, comfy, non-slip feet.
Our toddler loves them and can put them on by himself!
