  These shorts are insanely light and the quality is amazing. The integrated belt pockets fit my phone, nutrition, and even a soft flask. Adding a soft flask does create some bounce, but that's expected from these types of shorts. Great for medium length runs where you don't need or want to wear a full running vest/belt. Runs pretty true to size, but I personally like the XS more than the S (Small is my usual size). It fits precise and not too tight. I'd recommend trying a few sizes to make sure you pick the right one to ensure the perfect fit for running.

  Très léger et souple avec compartiment pratique. Bande très large à la taille que je n’étais pas certain d’adopter donc vu le prix élevé je n’étais pas convaincu mais somme toute si vous êtes habitué aux bandes larges à la taille, ils sont de très grande qualité.

  They're not cheap, so I was a little reluctant to order, especially since I couldn't figure out the size guide. I'm usually an M with other brands, so I took a chance on that, and it fits. No chafing. They fit quite nicely, are light and you can barely tell they're on, even in hot temperatures. The pockets are perfect, with plenty of room for phone, gels, etc. Love the back straps that allow you to store running poles. Even with loaded pockets, they don't seem to slide down despite not having a strap. Highly recommended.
