I was looking for a jacket comparable to the Arc’teryx Atom AR and this was close. Unfortunately the navy colour was quite a bit lighter than the photos on the site so I ended up returning it.

I bought this jacket as an insulator under my gore-tex for skiing. Very well made as expected. Med fit is good but slightly big for me at 5'8" and 155lbs so I can easily add layers. Won't be using it till ski season so I don"t know how warm it will be so not 5 stars for now.

At 185lbs with a 40” chest and 36” waist I took a size large and it’s a great fit. Worn at +3 degrees with just a T-shirt and didn’t feel any cold. I’ve worn it in a light drizzle for 20 minutes and didn’t get wet, though it hasn’t been tested in heavier rains. The arms are generous if not a little baggy; plenty of room for a sweater underneath. The hood has a drawstring for tightening up around a helmet, a plus when using as a mid layer for snowboarding. Overall the jacket is super light, packable, warm, and the same great quality from Norrona. Service from Altitude was great as always too!

High quality, great fit - a large I am 6’3 195 - perfect for layering in early spring and fall.... wished it was better equipped to handle heavy rain but it will do for now
