  Running shoes not meant for running

  I was so excited to get these shoes for a marathon and they were mildly uncomfortable at the first 10km and then quickly became unbearable. Every step I took was dreadful and considered to stop not because I was tired but because the part of the shoe in contact with the bridge of my foot was causing intense pain. I tried loosening up the laces but not much changed. I might be okay hiking in them knowing that the pain on the bridge of my foot will still be there but not as unbearably as if I were to run in them.

  Ces chaussures sont plus raides que les non waterproof essayés en magasin. Elles sont aussi faites plus petites. Je pense qu'elles pourraient être plus adaptées à la marche sous la pluie qu'à la course.

  Shoes feel very good quality. Supportive, but a bit stiff (might be the waterproof material). Ultimately they did not suit me for what I was looking for in the aesthetics and fit for my feet, but I do think these are a quality pair of waterproof shoes.

  Lightweight, waterproof shoes i bought for a trip to west coast. Very happy with quality. Only comment is treads could be better in wet conditions

  Lightweight but stiff

  The pros: these were lightweight and fit true to size. The cons: they are very stiff around the ankle and sit quite high. They were one of the most uncomfortable pairs of running shoes I've ever worn.
