  The arch support was good as well as the cushioning but the it felt too constricting on me. I guess I got the wrong size. It didn't feel wide even though that was what was advertised.

  Great shoes

  These are great for medium runs. I prefer the bondis and Clifton’s for longer runs and don’t love these ones for sprints, but these are fine for tempo runs or medium length easy speed runs.

  Rincon shoes for life

  These are my favourite running shoe of all time, after 20 years of trialing many different brands and styles. I'm so glad this show now offers a Wide size, as this is now the type of shoe I need to wear. I doubt I'll buy any other shoes from now on.

  Hoka Runners

  I absolutely love my Hoka’s! I work on my feet 8-12 hours a day, a minimum of 5 days and sometimes 7 days a week. I have foot problems (Morton’s neuromas, osteoarthritis and small bunions) and I love these. A nice wide tox box to accommodate my toes and amazing support through the whole shoe.
