The Ski Light Nordic answers that profile with a multi-layer construction that insulates the foot thermally while keeping it dry throughout the activity. Every fibre serves a specific purpose. Merino wool retains its insulating capacity even when damp, holding warmth through the transitions between effort and recovery. PrimaLoft Eco — a hydrophobic polyester fibre that repels moisture rather than absorbing it — rounds out the insulation, with 70% of its content sourced from recycled materials, including plastic bottles. Red-Cycled nylon, made from recovered end-of-life fishing nets, provides abrasion resistance in the highest-wear zones. Stretch nylon with Lycra, distributed throughout the sock, holds the fit from the first kilometre to the last. The lightweight thickness preserves sensitivity and comfort inside nordic boots, where space is at a premium. Socks designed and made for doing Nordic skiing, they have an anatomic fit and are perfect for wearing all season. Their three-layer construction prevents disagreeable odors and blisters.
