The Ski Mid pairs midweight cushioning with a construction built around comfort, warmth, and versatility. It's the compromise most skiers are looking for: enough padding to absorb boot pressure, without the bulk that compromises fit. Its two-layer construction places merino wool against the skin and technical fibres on the outside, where wear concentrates. Merino wool — finer and softer than conventional sheep's wool — retains its insulating capacity even when damp and regulates moisture effectively. Stretch nylon with Lycra, strategically positioned in the outer layer, ensures the sock's longevity while adding durability and cushioning. Red-Cycled nylon rounds out the composition with fibres made from recovered fishing nets. The over-the-calf height covers the full boot cuff, preventing chafing on the shin and calf.
Features
• A high merino content, for warmth and moisture control
• Midweight padding: real cushioning, no added bulk
• Built in two layers
• Over-the-calf cut for full coverage under the ski boot
• Stretch nylon with Lycra for fit and durability
• Nylon recovered from discarded fishing nets
• Merino wool that keeps insulating even once it's damp
• Versatile enough for most winter conditions
