The mat is heavy, but not bulky which tells me that it's pretty dense material and I hope that'll last considering its price. I've had the opportunity to use it a few times and it was a good mat. Held in place and didn't feel stretchy like the cheaper 20-30$ mats. So far, I'm pretty satisfied.
Very nice yoga mat. Stays on the floor and keeps your hands and feet steady in the position. I bought it for my husband and he loves it. I may buy another one for myself.
Le tapis est très lourd et il se prend mal, même roulé il se déforme entre nos bras. En yoga standard, l'adhérence est trop bonne, nos pieds et mains ne bougent pas, c'est le tapis glisse sur le sol. . . En hot yoga, il perd toute son adhérence. . .
Un long tapis confortable qui reste bien en place. Comme d'autres commentaires le mentionne, il est un peu lourd et moins conviviale à déplacer. Parfait pour la salle d'entraînement à la maison en permanence! Je me demande encore si j'aime le revêtement, qui semble un peu trop poreux pour un nettoyage.
L'épaisseur est parfaite, il ne s'étire pas et n'est pas glissant. Les positions de Yoga de font donc en tout confort. Très facile d'entretien aussi

... are where it's at! yes, it's quite a bit heavier than a non-rubber mat but you will feel the difference in your practice! such good traction and so durable. if lifting a bit more weight isn't a concern, i say buy one now!
Le tapis est très confortable. Seul petit bémol, il est un peu lourd pour transporter d’un endroit à l’autre. Pour ma part, je vais le garder pour la maison.
