The material felt soft, medium support as advertised, might have been ok for running (and i am a C cup). The large was just a bit small for me, it just felt a bit too tight at the edges around the arms and neck. I am 5' 10", 155 lbs, usually a large in women's tops but annoyingly many sports bras are like this for me, too tight around the neck/arms.
Love the merino wool blended material. Quick drying. Great for hiking. Ordered more
I've worn it during 3 days of hiking in Stowe VT and White Mountains NH and it was extremely comfortable, stayed quite dry, considering how much I was sweating. My bra size is 34DD and I bought a medium. It's a little snug but I don't mind because I like to feel "strapped in". The next I buy it, I would consider a large to compare the slightly looser feeling.
Now my go-to sports bra, and really comfortable to wear all day. It doesn’t smell and can supports well. Love it.

This is a great sports bra. It is comfortable and supportive. I wear it for downhill and cross-country skiing. I will wear it in the summer for hiking. I love it.
