The Thule Paramount Hybrid Pannier in black is a 26L bag that seamlessly transitions from a bike pannier to a backpack, perfect for commuting to work or getting around town.

• Quickly converts into a backpack: Converts easily into a backpack, simply unzip the back panel, flip it over, and re-zip the back panel so that the backpack shoulder straps are outward facing
