Nice mitts!
The mitts are warm and fit well - true to size. They are on the bulky side for something like cross-country skiing, and better for alpine or snowboarding.

I like the leather palm and the string to attach to the wrist. They're not the warmest mitts I've ever used, but are pretty good for most weather. They're definitely on the smaller end. I probably should have sized up.

Purchased a M size and had to return it to get a S size. To help you decide which size you need, I suggest to take a look at Black Diamond website, there's one more measurement for the lengh of the finger. Naturally, less dexterity than winter gloves but warmer.

Finally a pair of mitts that are warm enough for my hands. Purchased a pair and had to return them because they were too big. To help choose your size, you can visit Black Diamond's website, there's another measurement for the lenght of your fingers. Take in note that these mitts are not as flexible as a pair of winter gloves.
