Ordered my regular size medium for my 5 ft 4 in frame (140 lb) but was too small. I suggest you order up a size. Material seemed good, bit of stretch. Didn’t like it enough to order up a size. The colours seemed brighter than in the pictures . Nothing from my recent Cotapaxi foray was kept. Too small, bad design, not like in the photos. Not the brand for me
