  Construction of this swim suit is beautiful. Really well made, nice stitching, solid zipper. The colour blocking is subtle, cut of the suit is awesome, gives a nice silhouette. I have a short torso and it fits well. Knocking off one star because there is no "Removable padding" with this suit as mentioned in the description.

  Purchased because the description said it has removable padding and it does not. Decided to keep anyway because it is the best option I’ve found for surfing in terms of durability and coverage, just disappointed that it doesn’t have the padding as I’m not a fan of advertising when I’m cold. Fit is good - I have a slightly longer torso and it’s comfortable and doesn’t feel too short, and the zipper stays put. Good butt coverage too, not too cheeky but still flattering.

  Quite nice but too short

  I bought this after reading other reviews saying it’s so long. I’m 5’8 and this was too short on me. Otherwise I liked it, it felt like good quality.

  Long in torso but well made

  Beautiful suit. Really well made but was long in the torso for me which is a first. I should have maybe sized down when I returned the suit.

  Ce Mailhot est fait d’un tissus style wet suit qui épouse la silhouette et la met en avantage. Ça fait longtemps que je ne me suis pas senti aussi à l’aise dans un mailhot, je l’adore!

  High quality suit with figure-flattering colour blocking

  This suit is beautifully made for use as active swim ware. I swim for fitness and pleasure and the full support and reinforced seams will work well for pool workouts, distance swimming and leisurely ocean snorkeling. The use of colour blocking gives a slimming look.

  I’m 46 and curvy and it is a challenge to find a training swimsuit. Either they are very junior fit or it’s an old lady aqua forme bathing suit. I wanted something cool, that stays in place and high neck for swim training. So I bought this beauty! Fit is great, flattering, comfy, amazing Lycra quality and neoprene on the side. Zip quality is great, it won’t break. I did my training and I feel the armpit is too large. In water, it does not hold in place like I wish. This is why not 5*. For surf and paddleboard, perfect !! For swim training, I will put a sports bra under (I’m a bit chesty)
